These terms apply when you browse this website or request transportation from TS Services in Saint Lucia. By sending a booking or enquiry you agree to them. For how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
TS Services provides taxi, airport transfer, cruise pickup, island tour, corporate, wedding and hourly charter transportation in Saint Lucia. Rides are arranged with Tyller Jules / TS Services and confirmed by phone, WhatsApp or email — not by an automated checkout on this site.
This website does not take card payments or deposits. Quotes, availability and payment method (typically cash or another method we agree when we confirm) are arranged directly with us after you send a request.
A request through the book or contact form is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation, until we reply and agree the time, pickup, price and passenger details. Please include flight numbers for airport transfers so we can track delays.
If your plans change, tell us as soon as you can by WhatsApp or phone so we can free the slot or adjust pickup.
We aim to be on time, to keep the vehicle clean and air-conditioned, and to drive safely. We may substitute a comparable vehicle if needed. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, traffic, or events outside our control.
